It was a long brutal walk today!The heat index was 107 maybe more. It took 8 hours to walk 10 miles...lol I'm not taking any chances! :-)

Well it's back on the road for me this morning!! I will miss Plymouth it's been really good to me! Time to press on. :-)

Thanks for the photos of Russ and me at Ocean Isle Inn beach.
When I was on the beach meditating that morning, before you and Russ walked over to me...I had asked God specifically to see an "angel" with my real eyes, or my spiritual eyes. You showed up with your positive spirit. That was the affirmation that I was looking for. It dawned on me a few minutes after you left. Thanks for your help. You never know the good you may be doing for others!

Spent the day helping to paint a car at Davids Auto and Exhaust in Williamson NC it great to help people in a time of need!!

Worked for David's Auto today, my way of helping out someone in the community! Had a blast and helped new friends!

Today was a great day for a walk! Met with the press, got a umbrella to block the sun and working for a day at David's Auto!

Taking a break from the walk just to enjoy the holiday weekend!! Have a great 4th!!
